We are
currently experiencing problems processing CMS payment submissions.
Payments arrive as normal at the EPO but are not then visible as pending orders
in Online Fee Payment.
Our technicians are working to fix the problem and release the stuck payments
as soon as possible.
Please note that it is not necessary to resubmit the payments as they will be
automatically released with their original submission date once the problem has
been fixed.
