Conferences
Danish Copyright Society
On 20th of September 2021 at 16:30 (4:30 pm CEST), the Danish Copyright Society (www.dsfo.dk) will host an online conference regarding recent case law from the ECJ. The meeting will focus on ECJ’s case law regarding use of content online, liability of online platforms and enforcement of online infringements. The meeting will also touch upon the Court’s tendency to place more and more emphasis on the subjective knowledge of both right holders and platforms in regards to copyright infringements.

UNION-IP
On Wednesday, 22 September at 5pm, UNION-IP will host Acting Head of IP policy at the UK IPO, James Porter, on 22 September 2021, to provide an update on the UK’s position on the IP stage globally, touching on a range of issues.
