The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) inclusion and diversity report for 2023-2024 is our sixth edition and outlines the work we have been doing to help make the IPO a safe place for our people to feel accepted and valued for the difference, and the brilliance they bring to our organisation.

The report includes our vision for the future, diversity and recruitment statistics and how we plan to act on recommendations from organisations we engaged with to validate our approaches.
