Users who are experiencing certificate issues are advised to
download and install the latest certificate update. Users who have the
network version of Online Filing will need to get their administrator to
install the update on their Online Filing server PC.
Users who followed the instructions issued on 17 August need
take no further action.
Users who have activated the Live Update function are
automatically sent any new patches, which they can then download and install.
