4 December 2017 update
The EPO is
pleased to inform users of its Online Filing software that new update 5.0.10.168 for Version
5.10 (build 5.0.10.166 or higher) is now available for download. This replaces update 5.0.10.167 issued 1 December 2017 and can be
installed on top of any other version.
Users who prefer
not to install it will however still be able to file online without any adverse
procedural effects.
Users who have
activated the Live Update function will be notified automatically.
