At 00:00 CEST on Sunday 1 October, all the e-business tools and services within the EUIPO website were brought fully into line with the entry into force of the second wave of Legislative Reform changes.
On Sunday 1 October 2017, the second wave of changes brought about as a result of the Legislative Reform process will come into effect.
This Saturday August 5, from 08.45 to 10.00 CEST, EUIPO website will be unavailable, as we carry out improvement works.
The two new online forms, one for EUTM cancellations and one for RCD invalidities, are available via the Online Services page and the User Area
This weekend, the Office will be doing preparatory work for the launch of two new online forms to manage EUTM cancellations and RCD invalidities.
30 March 2017, Brussels – EUIPO, together with EU-OSHA, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work and CdT, the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union, won an award in the category ‘Excellence in citizen/customer focused services delivery’ for an innovative way of managing multi-lingual websites.
