Guidance: Correction to the designs register under section 21: 6288988

Designs correction of error notices notify third parties of a proposed correction of a clerical error made by the registry prior to a correction taking place.

The notice sets out the error we are correcting and the procedures to be followed and provides for an opportunity to be heard before any correction is made.
